1. Overview
Vizique is designed to minimize data collection. Most user data is stored locally on your device. Certain data is processed temporarily to provide core functionality, including AI-based fitness analysis and subscription features.
2. Information We Process
a. User-Provided Data
- Physique photos uploaded by users
- Fitness-related inputs such as height, weight, age, and goals
This data is used solely to generate fitness analysis and workout recommendations.
b. Automatically Collected Data
Vizique does not use advertising networks, analytics SDKs, or user tracking systems. The App does not collect or share personal data with third-party advertising providers.
3. How Data Is Processed
When you upload a photo:
- The image and related inputs are transmitted securely (HTTPS) to Vizique-controlled servers
- The image is temporarily processed for analysis
- The image file is deleted after processing is completed
- Analysis results are returned to your device
Vizique does not use submitted data for training, profiling, or secondary purposes.
Important: Temporary files may persist briefly in rare cases such as system errors or interruptions.
4. Local Storage
Data generated by the App is stored locally on your device, including:
- Fitness analysis results
- Workout recommendations
- User preferences and settings
This data may be included in device backups (such as iCloud or Google Drive), depending on your device settings.
5. Third-Party Services
a. Subscriptions and Payments
Vizique uses Apple App Store and Google Play Billing to manage optional subscriptions. All payments are processed securely by Apple or Google. Vizique does not store payment information.
b. Core App Services
The App uses a backend service to generate AI-based fitness analysis and workout recommendations based on user inputs and images.
c. System Services
The App uses platform storage systems such as iCloud Key-Value Storage (iOS) and local device storage (Android) to persist user data where applicable.
6. Data Retention
- Vizique does not maintain persistent user data on its servers
- Images are temporarily stored only during processing and then deleted
- Data stored locally remains until you delete the app
- Some data may persist in device backups depending on system settings
7. User Control
- You may delete locally stored data by uninstalling the app
- You may manage or delete device backups via system settings (e.g., iCloud)
8. Security
We use secure transmission (HTTPS) to protect data in transit. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
9. Children’s Privacy
Vizique is not intended for users under the age of 13.
10. International Data Transfers
Data may be processed on servers located outside your country.
11. Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any updates.
