Terms of Use for Vizique

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vizique mobile application ("Vizique," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

1. General Information

Vizique is a visual fitness analysis application that processes user-provided photos and inputs to generate estimated body composition metrics, proportional analysis, symmetry insights, and general fitness recommendations.

The App is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

2. Disclaimers

a. No Medical or Professional Advice

Vizique does not provide medical, health, or professional fitness advice. Any outputs, including analysis, recommendations, or workout suggestions, are not a substitute for consultation with qualified professionals.

b. Use at Your Own Risk

You acknowledge that any actions you take based on the App, including exercise, diet, or lifestyle decisions, are undertaken at your own risk.

c. Psychological Considerations

The App provides visual and numerical feedback related to physique and body composition. You acknowledge that such feedback may affect perception of body image and should be interpreted responsibly.

3. Accuracy & Limitations

Vizique relies on image-based analysis and heuristic models. Results are estimates only and are inherently limited.

  • Results may vary due to lighting, pose, camera angle, clothing, and image quality
  • Analysis is based on 2D imagery and cannot fully represent real-world body composition
  • Outputs are approximate and not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or reliable

You agree not to rely on the App for medical, clinical, or high-stakes decision-making.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring that any activity undertaken is safe for your health and fitness level
  • Consulting appropriate professionals before making health or fitness decisions
  • Providing accurate input data
  • Using the App responsibly and in compliance with these Terms

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Upload photos of any person without their explicit consent
  • Use the App to harass, shame, or harm others
  • Use the App for medical diagnosis or treatment decisions
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the App
  • Use the App for unlawful or harmful purposes

6. Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using Vizique, you represent that you meet this requirement.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Vizique are owned by us and protected by applicable laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vizique shall not be liable for any damages, including:

  • Personal injury or health-related harm
  • Psychological or emotional distress
  • Losses arising from reliance on App outputs
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vizique from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use or misuse of the App.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
